Process of copper tube inserted in straight line to extruder

Process of pre heating insulation for shooting process

Insulated copper tube and electrical wire dispensed together for next process
4.Molding
Both copper tube and electrical wire inserted to CD tube
5.CD tube extrusion
Copper tube and wire fixed and extruded inside the CD tube
6.Cutting
Tubes cut to required length
7.Air brushing
Removing foreign substance within the tubes
8.Winding
Finished tubes winded in circle
9.Cutting
Tubes cut to required length
10.Packing
Coiled tube fixed with plastic bending
11.Delivery
Finished product packed and delivered
